Lori has been with the company since 2017. In her role, she focuses on gardening and weeding, and she enjoys keeping properties looking their best. In her free time, Lori loves camping. A lifelong Toledo resident, she especially enjoys visiting Ventura’s Restaurant.
Joel is the Lawn Technician Leader with 12 years of landscaping experience. He finds his work interesting and enjoys caring for a variety of properties. In his free time, Joel likes to relax with friends and family. A longtime Toledo resident, some of his favorite places to visit are the Toledo Zoo and Hollywood Casino.
Bryan is a dedicated Crew Leader with a positive attitude. He enjoys learning new skills on the job and sharing his knowledge with others. Outside of work, Bryan loves riding and caring for his horses and spending time with his grandkids. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, he is proud to call the area home.
Jeff is a dedicated Crew Leader with 20 years of landscaping experience. He loves his job and being able to work outdoors. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family. A longtime Toledo resident, he also enjoys exploring the restaurants downtown has to offer.
Rob is an Irrigation Technician, bringing experience from his previous work in Adrian, Michigan. He enjoys solving problems and helping others through his role. Rob holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technologies, and in his free time, he likes to relax and unwind.
Shaun is a Crew Leader at Bella’s who brings years of experience and knowledge to the team. He is dedicated to his crew and takes pride in making sure every job is completed to perfection.
As an Irrigation Technician, Chris enjoys helping others and providing excellent service. In his free time, he likes golfing and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong resident of the Toledo area, Chris enjoys visiting downtown restaurants and playing golf at the many local courses.
Lamberto brings 20 years of landscaping experience to his role as Crew Leader, where he enjoys helping others and solving problems. In his free time, he likes to relax and take walks in the park.

Justin is a Crew Leader who enjoys working outdoors in the field. In his free time, he likes playing video games. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Justin also enjoys fishing and golfing.
John is the Mechanic at Bella’s and has been part of the team since 2016. A hardworking jack of all trades, if it’s broken, he will find a way to fix it. A longtime Toledo, Ohio resident, John enjoys camping and spending time with his family and dogs.
Valerie is the Office Manager, overseeing both the office and accounting operations. She enjoys the variety her role provides and takes pride in her BA in Business Management, AS in Law Enforcement, and Certificates in Accounting. A longtime Toledo, Ohio resident, Valerie enjoys hosting get-togethers with family and friends and restoring and repurposing furniture in her free time.
Ricky joined Bella’s Lawn and Landscape in 2019 as a Crew Leader. His skills, knowledge, hard work, and dedication lead him to his promotion to Production Manager. Ricky enjoys his role when he can be out in the field working side by side with his crews. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.
Chelsea has been part of our team since 2021, serving as HR Manager. She especially enjoys planning events and creating meaningful moments for employee appreciation. Chelsea holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Louis University. Outside of work, she enjoys attending fitness classes, spending time with her children, and traveling. Born and raised in the Toledo area, Chelsea loves spending time on Lake Erie.
Mike has been working in the landscaping industry since 2003 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Landscape Management. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including SIMA and the National Landscaping Association. He is also a Certified Snow Professional (CSP) and an Ohio Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator. In his role as President & Founder, Mike oversees the entire company to ensure we are always delivering on our brand promise of exceeding our clients’ expectations every step of the way. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Mike enjoys cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, spending time with his family, and tackling projects around the house. He also loves everything his hometown has to offer—especially a trip to the original Tony Packo’s!
